Currently, 1 in 4 people in England experience a mental health problem of some kind, with 1 in 6 experiencing a common mental health problem such as anxiety or depression in any given week. ¹ With the scale of this issue exacerbated by the pandemic and the resulting effects of delayed access to diagnosis and treatment, the impacts are being felt by both individuals and businesses.
